The personalisation will appear in fixed uppercase. The material of these pots is concrete, they are a hand-finished product therefore small imperfections may occur. These pots are not watertight, therefore if using real flowers a potted plant is recommended. Suitable for indoor use only.

How to place your personalised gift order:

2. When you have placed your order, you will receive an email from JulianCharles@personalisedmemento.co.uk
3. Please allow 1 working day to receive your email, and if you have not received it within this time, please check your junk folder.
4. Once received, follow the link within the email.
5. Type your message into the fields on screen and click on the preview button to review the personalisation.
6. Once checked and you are happy, click submit. Your order will then be processed.
