Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the following business day.
Delivery Options & Timescales We offer the following delivery options within the United Kingdom:
- Standard Delivery — 3–5 business days
- Express Delivery — 1–2 business days
- Next Day Delivery — Order before 12pm for next business day delivery (where available)
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and chosen delivery method.
Free Delivery We offer free standard delivery on orders over a qualifying amount. Please check the checkout for current thresholds and promotions.
International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times and charges vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delays Whilst we make every effort to deliver within the stated timescales, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including adverse weather conditions or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Undelivered Parcels If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@xbite.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier.
