Delivery Information

Our standard deliveries are all sent via DPD to mainland UK only.

DPD will no longer ask customers to sign a handheld unit, instead, our drivers will sign it on their behalf. We will record the consignee's name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit. With this new process, you will still get your full track and trace functionality, giving you complete visibility of all your parcels.

DPD will contact you with a delivery date and time, this also provides the option to change your delivery address or confirm a safe place. They will attempt delivery twice before either returning the parcel to us for a refund or delivering your parcel to a local DPD pick-up shop. Refused/Failed deliveries will be returned to us, and a refund will be processed. A new order will need to be placed.

We currently don’t offer international delivery and can only deliver to addresses within the UK. We also do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland addresses.

Recliner chairs are shipped next day via DPD, a small amount of assembly is required.

Garden furniture and BBQs are shipped next day via DPD, a small amount of assembly is required.

Shankar furniture is shipped next day via UPS, a small amount of assembly is required.

Indian Hub furniture is made to order and will take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. No assembly is required.

Crazy Price Beds take 5-7 working days and are delivered Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm by XPD.
