Apricot Concession Manager
CONTRACT: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract 12 Months
HOURS: 35 hours over 5 days per week
PAY RATE: Starting at £22,500 per annum
Role Overview and Purpose:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Concession Manager to join the Apricot Team!
We are looking for a commercially minded Concession Manager looking to make their next step within fashion retail. You will possess strong product knowledge, provide excellent customer service and have great attention to detail.
This is very much a hands-on role which requires you to manage stock, process deliveries, undertake stunning visual merchandising, deliver to promotional deadlines and build excellent working relationships with the host store staff.
Key Responsibilities:
· Management experience
· Maximising concession sales
· Delivering exceptional customer service
· Stock management; including but not limited to: processing deliveries, stocktaking, replenishment and recalls
· Maintaining excellent visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines
· Implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions, to tight deadlines
· Building excellent relationships with host store staff
· Ensuring any required administration is completed
About You:
We’re looking for someone who brings a positive, proactive approach to their role. The idea candidate will possess the following skills:

· Proven experience in a retail management role
· Ability to work to targets
· Commercially aware
· Highly organised
· Enthusiastic and willing to hands-on
· Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as lead a team
· Flair for visual merchandising
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to build good relationships with a wide range of people
· Willingness to rise to a challenge and learn new things
