On a practical level this go-anywhere winter coat has two roomy pockets with a big chunky zip puller that's easy to use even with gloves on. You can open it from either end to give some extra room around the bottom if you're sitting or riding a bike. The hood is gently elasticated around the edge so it snuggles around your neck when it's down and keeps out draughts when you're wearing it up. Inside the contemporary quilting pattern continues over a smooth, easy-glide taffeta lining.
