Delectable meat deserves a beautiful, rich gravy. The specially designed reservoir on the surface of the carving board collects any excess juices or fat as you carve, meeting at an engineered ‘pouring point’, perfect for making delicious gravy or even just to make cleaning that little bit easier!

SAFE STORAGE

By nature, the spikes included with this carving board, are sharp, so please do be careful when in use. However, for safer storage when not in use, these spikes can be easily removed and placed safely, out of the way, on the underside of the board. This also means you can use the board as a standard chopping board as well!
